GROUP TOUR TERMS AND CONDITION
Reservations:
Reservations are required to be made in writing ( on email or whatsapp) andwith as much notice as possible. All travelers are advised to request for invoice from Scenery Adventures limited,bookingis
confirmed upon receipt of deposit and receipt issued as per the payment. For international destination,client will pay a deposit of USD 500 while for local destination,adeposit of KES 6,000 is needed,the rest of payment can be done in four installments,last payment
to be made 2 weeks before departure. Scenery Adventures ltd reserves the right not to provide services if payment is not receivedasper the agreed terms. Scenery Adventures will provide supporting documents for the group to the embassy.In caseof
Visa denial, Visa fees and service fee is non refundable USD 200 (Visa not guaranteed)
Scenery Adventures Limited will ensure smooth operation of the safaris/tour but is not liablefordelays in departure or interruption of tour arrangements caused by, but not limited to, acts of God, strikes, or any other causes beyond the control of Scenery Adventures Limited. Every effort will be made to operate as planned, but alterations may occur after the final itineraryhas been issued. Accommodation and arranged sightseeing activities are subject to change duetounforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond Scenery Adventures Limited control. Scenery Adventures Limited reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any personasapassenger should such person’s health, mental condition, physical infirmity or general
deportment impede the operation of the trip or the rights or welfare or enjoyment of otherpassengers, at his/her own expense. Participants who are disruptive or endanger the groupor thetravel experience, or break local laws may be removed from the tour with no refund due andat
their own expense.
Cancellation by Scenery Adventures Limited:
Passengers should at all times be coveredbycancellation insurance, in the case of force majeure. Force majeure includes (but is not limited)war, threat of war, riot, civil disobedience or strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, actsofGod, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, level of water, technical ormaintenance problems with transport providers, closure of airports or any unforeseeableorunavoidable event beyond our control.
Airlines Cancellation & Refunds: Cancellations of airline tickets are subject to rules of theairline
Tour Price:
Prices are based on current rates of exchange and are subject to variation if thereareincreases due to Government action, Value Added Tax, changes in exchange rates, increasesintransportation costs or fuel prices, airfares or hotel rates. All International tour prices are quoted in United States of America Dollars, unless otherwisestated. Payment is accepted at the rate of exchange at the time of receipt of payment. Bankcharges are for the account of the remitter. No adjustments to the tour price will be made or considered once full prepayment for thetourhas been received by The Company
Refunds:
Scenery Adventures Limited shall, however, endeavor at all times to comply withourper-determined tour itinerary, but cannot be held responsible for any reason should the numberof travelers get to below 10 Pax to other destinations while in Europe should the number oftravelers get to below 15 Pax, it being noted that it may be in the interest or for the welfareofpassengers that alterations are made if the passenger is willing to travel and any additional and/
or unavoidable expenses shall become their financial responsibility.
Refunds and Unused Services:
No refunds will be made for no shows, however the client can choose another scheduled
destination to join if communication is done four weeks before departure and payment has beenreceived by Scenery Adventures limited.
Insurance:
It is the responsibility of the passenger(s) to effect full and comprehensive insurancecover for personal baggage / effects, foreign and local currency, traveler’s cheques, medical expenses, personal accident and cancellation / curtailment.
Scenery Adventures Limited recommends that passenger(s) take out sufficient travel insurance, in particular medical and cancellation. If this is not available in the passenger(s) country of origin, it can be purchased from Scenery Adventures Limited before arrival or departure in Kenya
Luggage and Personal Effects:
These are conveyed entirely at owner’s risk. Passengers shouldnote that in Europe and America they are limited to one standard suitcase not weighingmorethan 20 kg, plus one small piece of hand luggage. When travelling on certain charter/domesticflights, baggage is limited to one soft bag weighing not more than 10 kg. Scenery Adventures Limited accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to luggage or personal
property from whatsoever causes arising. Passengers are advised to effect adequate insurance.
Visas, Health Requirements, Passports & Travel Documents:
It is the passengers’responsibility to ensure they possess the correct vaccination certificates and insurance policies. It is the responsibility of all passengers / agents to ensure that their above-mentionedtravel documents are in order and fully valid. Passports need to be valid for 6 months before departure from Kenya.
Scenery Adventures Limited will provide supporting documents for the group to the embassy. Incase of Visa denial, visa fees and service fee is non refundable being USD 200 in all destinationwhile Turkey non refundable being USD 270 (Visa not guaranteed)
Scenery Adventures Limited recommends passengers consult (before departure) their doctor ortravel clinic for advice regarding inoculations and health precautions.
Single Accomodation:
Scenery Adventures Limited will undertake to supply the specific accommodation requested, subject to availability. Scenery Adventures Limited reserves theright to make use of alternative, similar accommodation if necessary.
Passengers should note this that single accommodation always represents an additional cost, andsingle rooms are available on a first-come-first-served basis.
Shared Accommodation: Applicable to group tours:
Scenery Adventures Limited undertakes at all times to arrange for shared accommodation(Twinbeds) according to passengers’ wishes, but shall without any liability to them, exercise sole discretion to arrange their accommodation in the best interests of the tour.
General Responsibility and Indemnities:
Scenery Adventures Limited acts at all times in the capacity of agent for its passengers in all respects, and as such shall not be responsible in any way for damage, delay, or loss of any kind whatsoever, it is noted that the tour is arranged subject to the conditions laid down. Scenery Adventures Limited undertakes to provide all services offered subject to the terms and conditions set out herein. Scenery Adventures Limited operates tours as per the itinerary, weather, and other conditions. Scenery Adventures Limited does not accept responsibility for acts of omission of a third-party supplying services. Scenery Adventures Limited is not responsible for any damage sustained by any passenger as a result of any act of omission whatsoever by any hotel, airline, or other person. Scenery Adventures Limited acts at all times as an agent of such service providers.
Cancellation Policy:
Any payment received will be refunded less the cost of cancellation levied by services provided by Scenery Adventures Ltd or other parties. In the event of such cancellation, the following charges will apply]

30-20 days prior to departure 25%
13-5 days prior to departure 50%
4-0 days prior to departure 75%
