Ever dreamed of gliding past floating hippos by boat? On Lake Naivasha, that dream comes true. During this 60-90 minutes boat safari, you’ll cruise between pods of hippos, spot eagles and cormorants overhead, and admire giraffes and buffalos along the shore. The journey leads you to the stunning Crescent Island, where a guided walking safari brings you up close to zebras, giraffes, and wildebeests in their natural habitat. After returning to the mainland, enjoy an exhilarating horse ride before proceeding to a lakeside restaurant for lunch, with fresh Tilapia as the specialty of the day. Later, check in at your hotel for dinner and relaxation

Cycling enthusiasts are in for a treat today with an adventure at one of Kenya’s most unique biking destinations. The day ends in pure relaxation as you soak in the rejuvenating natural warm waters of the Ol Karia Geothermal Spa

After breakfast, drive across the Great Rift Valley to the world-famous Masai Mara National Reserve. Arrive in time for lunch at your lodge/camp, followed by an evening game drive in search of lions, elephants, and other wildlife.

The Masai Mara National Reserve is one of the most famous places for safari worldwide. Located 270 kilometres west of Nairobi, this is one of the biggest game reserves in Africa. It extends over 1,500 km² and has more than 400 species of birds and no less than 95 species of mammals. Big cats are frequently spotted here, and this is THE place to watch the world-famous Great Migration between August and October, with its vast herds of wildebeests and zebras crossing the Mara River.

After breakfast, check out and begin your journey back to Nairobi. Along the way, you’ll make a memorable stop at a traditional Maasai Village, where vibrant dances, colorful beadwork, and warm hospitality bring Kenya’s rich culture to life. Walk among the Maasai, learn about their traditions, and gain a deeper appreciation of their way of life - an authentic cultural experience that stays with you long after the safari ends. Later, continue to Nairobi for dinner and an overnight stay at a city hotel

This is your final day, discover Nairobi’s charm with a guided city tour through its cultural and historical highlights. To crown your journey, enjoy a special farewell lunch at the world-famous Carnivore Restaurant, renowned for its unique dining experience of roasted meats and lively atmosphere. This vibrant finale makes the last day as memorable as your safari adventures. Later, you’ll be transferred to the airport for your evening flight home - a perfect ending to your Kenyan adventure.

Many people travelling to the African continent have questions about safety. Is Kenya safe to travel to? Our answer is clear: YES! Kenya is definitely a safe country to visit, especially for people going on organised game drives with private guides as you will do with us. There are definitely some places to avoid in big cities like Nairobi or Mombasa, but – as with all big cities – by taking some precautions, you’ll be fine. We advise, for example, to leave the hotel at night with a driver and not to go strolling around alone. Also be aware not to wear big and visible jewellery, and keep an eye on your valuables.

This is an exclusive, private safari that allows you to travel at your own pace. This trip is made just for you, exactly as you want it! Our experienced travel consultants will make sure that your wishes come true. There are numerous advantages to such a trip. First, you can cruise around in a private safari vehicle and have a personal guide. It’s completely up to you what time you leave in the morning and when you come back (taking into account your guide’s advice, of course). Secondly, once you’re in a national park, you can observe specific animals or herds for as long as you like. No one will push you to move along. And lastly, knowing your wishes, your personal guide will give you the right tips, turning your trip into an unforgettable experience.

At Scenery Adventures, we’re all about co-creating your perfect journey. When you plan your African adventures with us, you’re not just booking a trip; you’re embarking on a personalised experience. We start by understanding your wishes and preferences, and we won’t stop until every aspect of your journey aligns perfectly with your vision. Our team works closely with you to ensure that your entire trip is tailor-made to your satisfaction. And for added convenience, we offer a selection of our most popular African tours and safaris as a starting point for your consideration.

Absolutely, Kenya is also home to all of the Big Five and many, many more animals. In short: wildlife galore! These magnificent creatures—lion, leopard, elephant, rhino and buffalo — can be observed in their natural habitats, making Kenya a preferred choice for wildlife enthusiasts.

Yes, vegetarian options are always available. During your safari, you’ll enjoy a variety of freshly prepared meals featuring both international and Kenyan cuisines. At hotels and lodges, buffets typically include soups, salads, fresh vegetables, rice, pasta, potatoes, fruits, and vegetarian-friendly main dishes. For meat lovers, there are plenty of choices such as beef, chicken, goat, and Kenya’s famous tilapia fish. If you are vegetarian, vegan, or have specific dietary requirements (e.g. gluten-free or allergies), please let us know in advance so we can notify the hotels and lodges - they are very accommodating and will ensure you have delicious meals throughout your safari.

Yes, children can comfortably share a room with one or two adults. Most hotels and lodges offer family-friendly accommodation with extra beds or twin-sharing options. We also provide special discounted rates for children joining the tour, which vary depending on age, rooming arrangement, and the lodge/hotel selected. Rates are available upon request, and we’ll be happy to advise you on the most suitable and cost-friendly options for your family.

Yes, most international visitors require a visa to enter Kenya. The process is simple and done online through the official Kenya eVisa portal. You’ll need a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity from your date of entry), a recent passport-size photo, and your travel details. Once your application is submitted, approval typically takes 2–3 business days. We recommend applying at least 2 weeks before travel to avoid last-minute issues. Our team will gladly guide you through the visa process and provide supporting documents such as hotel bookings or tour confirmations if required.
