This 6-day safari takes you to three of Kenya’s most spectacular wildlife destinations – Amboseli National Park, famous for its vast elephant herds and iconic Mount Kilimanjaro backdrop; Tsavo West National Park, renowned for its dramatic landscapes, volcanic terrain, and Big Five wildlife; and Taita Hills Sanctuary, a private reserve with unique scenery and abundant wildlife.
Expect thrilling game drives, breathtaking landscapes, cultural encounters, and unforgettable sunsets. You will stay in carefully selected safari lodges and camps that combine comfort with authentic African charm.

Your Scenery Adventures guide will meet you at your Nairobi hotel at 06:00hrs for a safari briefing. Depart by 06:30hrs for a scenic 6-hour drive to Amboseli. Arrive in time for lunch, check into your lodge, and relax before an evening game drive. Enjoy spectacular views of elephants with the snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro in the background. Dinner and overnight at lodge/camp.
After an early breakfast, set out for a full-day game drive with packed lunch. This day is dedicated to exploring Amboseli’s vast landscapes, dotted with swamps, acacia woodlands, and open plains. Amboseli is famous for its close-up encounters with elephants and breathtaking views of Mount Kilimanjaro, making it a photographer’s paradise. During the drive, expect to see lions, cheetahs, hyenas, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and an impressive variety of bird species. Enjoy your picnic lunch at a scenic spot within the park before continuing your adventure into different sections of Amboseli. In the evening, return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay. (Optional: Visit a Maasai village at extra cost to experience their traditions and culture.)
Start your morning with a hearty breakfast, then check out of your lodge. Drive for approximately 3 hours to Tsavo West National Park, arriving at Kilaguni Serena Safari Lodge (or similar) in time for lunch. In the late afternoon, head out for a game drive in this rugged wilderness, known for its scenic beauty, volcanic formations like the Shetani Lava Flow, and diverse wildlife. Look out for elephants, buffaloes, leopards, lions, and numerous antelope species. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
After breakfast, depart for a full-day exploration of Tsavo West. Carry packed lunch to maximize your time in the wild. The park is home to dramatic landscapes, from rocky ridges and acacia woodlands to lush riverine vegetation. Wildlife highlights include the Big Five, as well as giraffes, zebras, hippos, crocodiles, hyenas, and a wide variety of birdlife. You may visit Mzima Springs, a natural oasis where hippos and crocodiles can be observed underwater through a special viewing chamber. Enjoy your picnic lunch in the park before continuing your game drive. In the evening, return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Enjoy breakfast, check out, and take a 3-hour drive to Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary, arriving in time for lunch at the famous Salt Lick Safari Lodge. This unique lodge is built on stilts, offering panoramic views of animals visiting the waterholes below. In the afternoon, set out for an exciting game drive in the sanctuary, which serves as a vital migration corridor between Tsavo East and Tsavo West. Wildlife here includes elephants, lions, giraffes, leopards, buffalos, zebras, and over 390 bird species. The sanctuary’s hilly terrain and scenic views of Kilimanjaro and Taita Hills make this a highlight of your safari. Return to Salt Lick Lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
After an early breakfast, enjoy a morning game drive in Taita Hills before checking out at 10:00hrs. Drive to Mombasa /Nairobi airport for your outbound flight.

Yes. The safari can be tailored for solo travelers, couples, families, or groups. Private vehicles, family-friendly rooms, or luxury upgrades can be arranged. Child-friendly safaris with shorter drives and flexible schedules are also possible.
Pack lightweight clothing, a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, and comfortable shoes. A camera with extra batteries and binoculars are highly recommended. Carry warm clothes for early mornings and evenings, as temperatures can drop, especially near Amboseli and Tsavo West. Don’t forget travel documents, personal medication, and insect repellent.
